   You can order with full confidence from Woodpile Primitives. We have been serving customers for more than 18 years, and we pledge to continue our tradition of quality and customer service.

 ORDER INFORMATION .....

   Each piece of our furniture is individually hand-crafted. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery. In case of special orders, a 50% deposit will be required and you should allow six to eight weeks for delivery. No orders will be processed without some form of security to bind the order. We will either need a credit card number, which will be charged when order ships, or 50% payment, with balance due before the order ships. We Accept: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Business or Personal Checks (Shipped when clear), Money Orders

Your customer service representative will be glad to help you with any questions about your order. We ask that you have your order as complete as possible when you call, and your credit card information if using a Visa, Master Card, or American Express. Your account will be charged when your order is shipped, not before.

  Our web site at www.woodpileprimitives.com is available 24/7. Please indicate any special instructions for your order in the instructions section at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. We try to honor all prices published online, but in the event of a pricing mistake, please be understanding. Freight is not included with your total online, and will be added when your order is invoiced.

PROBLEMS WITH ORDERS .....

  We have a toll free line so we may better take care of problems you may have with an order. This toll-free number is 1.855.980.8577 We ask that all claims be made within 5 days of receipt of your order.

DAMAGES....

   We pack your orders with great care. If you should receive an order in broken or damaged condition, please call our “toll-free number is 1-855.980.8577 immediately for instructions. In the event that a FedEX claim is made for damage to merchandise, the original packing material must be held for two weeks for inspection by FedEx. On truck order inspect shipment, note any damage on freight bill before signing, if damage is extensive, refuse delivery and note it on freight bill. Keep all packing material until you are told otherwise.

MINIMUM ORDERS .....

   We do not have minimum order requirements. However, we recommend you order at least $100.00 to keep your freight more cost-effective.

RETURNS .....

   No returned merchandise will be accepted without authorization. Damage claims must be reported within 2 days of receipt of merchandise. Call us on our toll-free number at 1.855.980.8577. Our return policy is subject to change without notice. (return policy)

PRICES ......

   All of our prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices are effective January 1, 2016. These prices supersede all previous prices and are subject to change without notice.

SALES TAX .....

   Woodpile Primitives will charge state taxes on you shipment if you live in the state of Illinois, any other state it is the buyers responsibility to take care of their state tax.

SHIPPING & HANDLING .....

   When ordering through shopping cart standard shipping charges will be calculated based upon the total order amount and to which state the order will be shipped to and added to the total that is shown on order confirmation page. We ship out all smaller items via FedEx and the larger items are shipped via R&L Carriers. We sell our furniture at very competitive prices and only charge actual shipping charges. Shipping charges for furniture vary depending on the size, weight, the address being shipped to and if it is a residential or business address. You may contact us and we will gladly give you a approximate shipping rate for any items you are interested in. Please email or call us with the items you wish to purchase, the zip code to which you would like them sent and if the address is a residential or business address (usually cheaper)..

   Any custom piece we design and build-- Becomes our creation.

   We strive to offer our customers the highest quality items at exceptional values. In our painted items, we make every attempt to ensure our color is consistent, but slight variations may occur. Because our items are handcrafted, no two pieces are identical, occasionally there are slight variations in the size and finish. Some of our items contain recycled materials. We make every effort to ensure accuracy on the web. However, mistakes can happen. In the event that there is a mistake, please be understanding. Prices and specs are subject to change without notice.
